Our chef uniforms, aprons, and related products are designed for professional and personal use in foodservice environments. Users are responsible for ensuring that products are properly maintained according to care instructions provided.

3.3 Customization and Bulk Orders

For custom orders (including logo embroidery, custom colors, or bulk quantities), specific terms will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. Custom orders may be subject to additional lead times and may not be eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

 

4. Pricing and Payment

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
